Before transitioning to Real Estate, I was a project manager for a construction management company in Farmington Hills.   During my tenure as a project manager, I was fortunate enough to be entrusted with a significant amount of the High School renovation projects highlighted between the years of 2005 & 2012 where I managed, Warren Mott H.S., Salem H.S. (2), Canton H.S., Trenton H.S. & the Henry Ford H.S. Design Build/Renovation projects.  The knowledge and experience gained managing these large-scale construction projects granted me a significant amount of construction expertise and a solid understanding of scheduling and costs. A lot of similar skills are used when juggling, vetting and lining up local contractors for home renovation and value upgrade projects, which I greatly enjoy helping to identify and coordinate. 

I graduated from Fr. Gabriel Richard H.S. in 1994 when the High School campus was still located at St. Thomas Catholic Church.  This is where I first met my future wife and hold the Single Game Rushing record! (243 yards).   After High School I attended Michigan State University and earned a Civil Engineering degree.  They say that lightning doesn't strike twice but everything changed for me June 17, 2001.  I'm minding my own business, hanging out with a group of friends in downtown Ann Arbor and in she walks...3 kids and more than 20 years or marriage later, here we are!
